Our Logo

When searching for a logo to represent the foundation we were drawn to Celtic Symbols to represent the McCarthy name.  

"The Trinity Knot", also known as the "Triquetra Symbol", has been around for thousands of years and has been used by cultures around the world in those years.  

There are many meanings said to represent the three connected points:  

• Life, Death, Rebirth

• Father, Son, Holy Spirit

• Mother, Father, Child

• Body, Mind, Spirit

• Land, Sea, Sky. 

The knot itself is unending, representing a bond that can not be broken.

All of these are fitting to represent the McCarthy Brothers Bond...and thus our logo was created.
